Patrons enjoying flowers in front of the late 19th century garden shed that was converted in 1911 into a playhouse for Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Livingston's two children, Honoria and Janet. The Children's Playhouse was restored in 1995-1996 with funds from the Friends of Clermont's endowment fund.
