When it was completed in 1932, this spectacular Art Deco office building in downtown Syracuse became the corporate headquarters for the newly formed Niagara Hudson Power Corporation, which consolidated fifty-nine separate power companies in upstate New York, becoming the nation's largest electric utility company at the time.
