| RR&M Obligation: | 4% of gross receipts deposited in a Replacement and Refurbishment (R&R) Account |

Minimum investment: $1.75 million; (at least 50% expended within the first 5 years of the term) |
| Utilities: | Licensee is 100% responsible for all utilities in connection with the concessions, including telephone, data services, cable television, electricity, etc. |
| Refuse Removal & Recycling Fees: | Licensee 100% responsible for removal |
