Electricity, natural gas, domestic water, and sewage disposal used in connection with the licensed premises is currently supplied by State Parks. In the event that any utility used in connection with the licensed premises is separately metered or sub-metered, the Licensee will be responsible for all costs of that utlity based on actual usage as measured by the meter. Licensee is 100% responsible for the costs of telecommunications |
