Minimum: 5% of gross receipts from all food, beverage, and camp store sales In addition, 25% of gross receipts on all arcade and laundry sales generated under the License is required to be paid as part of monthly license fees. |
| Utilities: | Licensee is 100% responsible for the actual costs of electricity and propane service as invoiced by State Parks based on sub-meter recording. |
| Refuse Removal & Recycling Fees: | Licensee is responsible for 100% of costs of trash removal and recycling |
