Electricity, natural gas, and domestic water used in connection with the licensed premises is currently suuplied by State Parks. In the event that any utility in connection with the licensed premises is separately metered or sub-metered, the Licensee will be responsible for all costs of that utlity based on actual usage as measured by the meter Licensee is 100% responsible for the costs of telecommunications |
| Refuse Removal & Recycling Fees: | State Park shall provie trash removal and recycling service at the premises, however, Licensee is solely responsible at its own cost for any grease or other specialty waste disposal services |
