Minimum: 4% of gross receipts from all food, beverage, and camp store sales In addition, 25% of gross receipts on all arcade and laundry sales generated under the License is required to be paid as part of monthly license fees. |
| Utilities: | Licensee must pay State Parks $2000 annually as reimbursement for electricity service at the Premises and $500 annually as reimbursement for trash removal, and recycling used in connection with this License. |
