| Refuse Removal & Recycling Fees: | Licensee shall pay to State Parks $1,500 annually for reimbursement toward the costs of natural gas and refuse removal. |

Golf Cart Rentals: Licensee is responsible for providing 50 new gas powered golf carts and 12 pull carts.
