Our cottages include many of the comforts of home wrapped in a rustic setting...just bring the food and the fun! We offer 129 unique cottages, with sleeping accommodations ranging from 2 to 10. Cottages range from a 2-story house to a modern log cabin.

Most cottages include: full kitchen, bath, living room, linens, bedroom(s) and outdoor living space. All this, set in the natural surroundings of the park, make for an ideal vacation.

During peak season cottages are rented on a weekly basis and in some locations are open year round. In general, peak season runs from the fourth Friday in June to the last Sunday before Labor Day weekend. Reservations during this time are subject to a 7-day minimum stay for cottages. All other times are considered non-peak season and may require a 2-night stay in some parks. Please note: Fair Haven Beach and Moreau Lake State Park cottages are 7-day minimum stays all season.

Deciding where to camp? Our parks offer a remarkable diversity of natural settings including views of the mighty Hudson River in the Taconic and Palisades regions; cascading waterfalls, deep gorges and amazing canyons in the Finger Lakes, Genesee and Niagara regions; lake-side views in the Central, Saratoga and Thousand Island regions, the vast wilderness in Allegany and now the ocean shores of Long Island!
