Our annual pancake breakfast and maple sugaring festival.
Four free, interactive nature stations: sap collecting in the sugarbush, stone
boiling over fire, evaporator boiling in the sugarhouse, and maple
grading/tasting. Pancake breakfasts will be from 10am to 2pm each day,
available for purchase through the Friends of Letchworth State Park nonprofit.

The Nature Up Close programs allow participants a more detailed study of a topic with comparison of hands-on specimens and/or various audio-visual aids and handouts. Photos and recordings of their vocalizations will be used to study all local species of frogs and toads. Natural history accounts will be summarized from various field guides. This is an excellent primer for the Frog Serenade.

The Nature Up Close programs allow participants a more detailed study of a topic with comparison of hands-on specimens and/or various audio-visual aids and handouts. Programs are held on Sunday afternoons at 2:30 pm and last for two hours. All warblers recorded from Letchworth State Park (highlighting 25 nesting species) will be featured in a new warbler video. Natural history accounts will be summarized and will include detailed park distribution based on recent research.
