The St. John?s-Grace Episcopal Church and Richmond-Ashland National Register Historic District Initiative and Clinton Brown Company Architecture were recognized for their outstanding collaboration on listing the Elmwood Historic District West on the State and National Register of Historic Places. Since the 2012 listing, over 70 property owners in the district have applied for the state historic homeowner tax credit, generating more than $2 million in private rehabilitation work.
