Newburgh's not-for-profit organizations are invited to participate in the 8th Annual Newburgh Volunteer Fair at Washington's Headquarters State Historic Site on Saturday, April 28th, 11 AM until 3 PM. This event is organized by the site in partnership with Safe Harbors of the Hudson and the Newburgh Free Library.

The Volunteer Fair provides organizations with an opportunity to share awareness about the special services they provide to our community. In the course of the day, participating organizations will hopefully recruit interested and eager volunteers to further assist in those needed community endeavors. It is also an opportunity to network with other organizations, and learn about all the positive and important work being done to strengthen the community of Newburgh. With its mix of promotion, recruitment, and networking, participation is definitely a win-win situation.
