years ago during the Assault on the Hindenburg Line, Orange county lost 40 of
its sons battling the Germans. Many more were wounded, but this program
commemorates those who made the ultimate sacrifice. David McTamaney
Quartermaster, John T. Kenney VFW Post 973 will present a program about this
historic battle focusing on those Orange county soldiers, at the National
Purple Heart Hall of Honor, Saturday, September 30th at 2:00 pm.
Admission is free, and reservations are strongly suggested. Please call 845-561-1765
