Grafton Lakes State Park

Pre-registration by phone required! Getting out in nature has been proven to have positive mental health benefits. Bring your family to explore some of the beautiful parts of the park. Discover how everything in nature is connected and how the earth acts as one large, living, breathing system. Geared towards ages 7-12.

Program will be held on Thursday, April 22nd at 4pm. No charge.

Pre-register now as space is limited! Call 518-279-1155 to register no later than 4pm on Tuesday, April 20th.

Please note that programming capacity is limited to meet COVID-19 safety requirements. Masks must be worn by all participants for the entire duration of the program and patrons must keep social distance of 6 feet from other family groups throughout the program.

Pre-registration by phone required! Summer is just around the corner and the park could use your help! Join us to make some of the park trails easier to follow by putting up trail markers. No previous experience is necessary.

Program will be held on Sunday, April 25th at 12pm. No charge.

Grafton Lakes State Park and the Friends of Grafton Lakes State Park will host I Love My Park Day on Saturday, May 1st. The park is stretching its legs, gearing up for another summer season, and we could use your help! Pre-registration is required. Spots are limited. The event is free of charge and will take place from 9 AM - 12 PM.

What outdoors spaces have you discovered and cherished during the pandemic? Has your family, like so many others, found Grafton Lakes State Park to be a perfect getaway? Join us on Saturday morning to dust off the shelves and open the windows as we prepare to welcome the summer crowd. Outdoor projects are geared mostly towards families and are open for all ages. Bring a picnic to enjoy with the family afterwards at your leisure.
