Hudson Highlands State Park Preserve
Come paint by the river! Artist Stacey Farley will lead the group, teaching watercolor techniques and concepts of landscape painting. All ages and levels welcome! Connect with the landscape and learn skills of painting while enjoying views from our treasured Little Stony Point in the Hudson Highlands State Park. Bring your own watercolor paints and brushes if you have them, along with: a pencil, bottle of water, a cup, and a beach towel or camp chair to sit on. Hudson Highlands State Park Preserve
Little Stony Point Citizens Association is dedicated to the safe enjoyment, preservation and programming of events at Little Stony Point in the Hudson Highlands State Park but we need your support to keep our mission going. Join LSPCA for the Annual Meeting + Social on Oct 27th, 3-5pm. As a not-for-profit 501-c organization our volunteers put in hundreds of hours each year assisting local NYS Parks along the Hudson shoreline with clean-ups, trail-building, capital improvement projects, creating scenic picnic areas, planting native plant species, including trees and pollinator gardens, holding community events like First Day Hike, Maple Syrup Day, "The Hoot" music festival, Global Music Initiative, Earth Day, I Love My Parks Day, writing programs, geological programs, grant writing and much, much more!
