Intro to Trail Running

Join us every other Saturday at Grafton Lakes and learn all about trail running. Get a jump start with the class we are hosting before our first run where you can learn about gear and all about the hobby. Accepting all skill levels and welcoming all faces! Our first session will be a class with opportunities to score some discounted gear. This first session is to learn about equipment and safety with a short introduction run on an easy trail.
