Genealogy Workshop Tips and Tricks for Researching Your Family Tree

Oral history in the family of Christopher Rabb connected his family to the Livingston's of Clermont State Historic Site during the time of enslavement in New York. Working with members of the NY City Chapter of the Afro-American Historical and Genealogical Society (AAHGS) we will explore easily accessible resources and new research methods. This program is part of NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation – Enslavement to Freedom1627-1827-2027 initiative, in partnership with the New York City Chapter of the Afro-American Historical and Genealogical Society (AAHGS).
