Weekly Shoreline Clean up: Cetaceans, Pinnipeds, & Sea Turtles

Meet at Visitor Center. Come join the Atlantic Conservation
Society (AMSEAS) and Hallock State Park Preserve Staff for a short presentation
on the many species of cetaceans, and pinnipeds and sea turtles that come to
our waters and feed. Learn how marine
debris affects these beautiful creatures of the sea. before we head off to pick
up marine debris on the Long Island beachfront. Trash pickers will be
provided. Bring gloves and water in
refillable containers as well as your willingness to help. AMSEAS also collects data with your assistance
to measure the impact this collected debris has on sea life. Please sign up via
