Come and Join Roger Sencer as he guides you through Tai Chi and Qigong. They are both great healing treasures of Ancient China's internal arts. Tai Chi has roots in Chinese martial arts, yet is best known in the U.S. for the beautiful flowing forms that quiets the mind, strengthens the body, increases balance and flexibility, and trains one to move energy to achieve glowing health. Qigong is a powerful system of healing movement and preventive medicine that uses deep breathing, gentle moving meditation, and energy sensitivity drills to cleanse, balance, and circulate vital energy (qi or chi.)
