Artist in Residence Workshop: Leaving Trace - Artmaking Around Evidence, Queerness, and Nature with Peter Tresnan

This workshop takes us into Caumsett's natural environment to explore how nature and queerness can teach us about our relationship to our environment. We'll walk around the Fresh Pond and use artmaking to heighten our awareness of nature and our presence within it. At the end of the 2.5 hour workshop, participants will have walked around the Fresh Pond Loop, sketched in a provided journal, and will leave a "trace" on the park. Materials will be provided; wear comfortable clothes. Participants will meet at the studio and walk approx. 4 miles. Register for this event here https://www.caumsettfoundation.org/programs.
