Meet at Plattsburgh Public Library, We'll be hanging out with our awesome friends at the Plattsburgh Public Library during Downtown Trick or Treat this year! They will be giving out candy as well as hosting a donation based mini book sale. We will host cryptid themed games and activities for all ages!
