Join Sarah Wassberg-Johnson, food historian and Education and Programs Manager at Phillipse Manor Hall SHS, on a hands-on journey about the history of food. What did people eat 250 years ago? Where did the food come from? What types of tools did they use in the kitchen? Sarah will answer these questions and more during this family-friendly two-hour program. We hope you can join us!
