Indian Hills State Golf Course was acquired by the State of New York in March of 2007. The course, which is located in Painted Post in Steuben County, was built in 1964. The property, purchased from Chemung Canal trust Company, contains approximately 2,400 feet of frontage along the Tioga River and has panoramic views of the surrounding Southern Tier hill country.
In addition to the 18-hole golf course, the site also features a driving range, an accessible club house and pro shop, and an outdoor pavilion.
