State Parks has a variety of business opportunities throughout the state, many of which are administered by our Capital Programs Bureau, Contract Bureau, and Concessions Management Bureau.

Service Contracts is responsible for procuring services – often via Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal. Services are generally long-term (covering more than one year) and are complex in nature with deliverables. Available service contract procurements can be found on our procurement opportunities page.
The Capital Programs Bureau oversees planning, design, construction, repairs, maintenance and infrastructure of the diverse array of properties and facilities in our state park system. Administration of these responsibilities is achieved through partnerships with consultants for design services and contractors for construction projects, in addition to in-house staff.
