Service Contracts is responsible for procuring services – often via Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal. The Capital Programs Bureau oversees planning, design, construction, repairs, maintenance and infrastructure of the diverse array of properties and facilities in our state park system. Administration of these responsibilities is achieved through partnerships with consultants for design services and contractors for construction projects, in addition to in-house staff. For information and documents related to these partnerships, please visit our capital programs page.
