To access a document, select each link under the Procurement Number in the table below.

Before you submit a response:

• Thoroughly read the entire Procurement and its associated attachments
• Follow the instructions in the Procurement documents
• Check this page for any Procurement updates and incorporate changes into your proposal
• Follow Procurement Lobbying Act requirements

To receive specific solicitation updates:

Submit an email request to Bids.Purchasing@parks.ny.gov and/or ServiceContracts@parks.ny.gov with the Procurement Number in the subject line, containing contact information for your bidding entity, a request to be included on the Bidders List, and a general summary of your services offered. When that specific Procurement receives an update, an email with the update will be sent to all entities on that Procurement's Bidders List.

Please note that requests for Capital or Construction contracts (typically D00XXXX) or Concessions contracts (typically X00XXXX) cannot be answered through this inbox. Information regarding active contracts of these types can be found through the New York State Contract Reporter Website (https://www.nyscr.ny.gov/).
