Due to high demand we are offering our Barn Quilt Painting class again! Come learn about the history of Barn Quilt Paintings and their meaning
while we make our own! Join us for a relaxing Saturday painting in the Welcome
Center on April 5th at 10am. This program is for ages 12+ and costs $5 per
person. All materials will be provided, and you get to take home your painted
creation at the end! Registration is required as we have limited spots, you can

Come on your own or bring out the whole family, Trout Day is the perfect
event for all ages. Enjoy trout shaped treats, crafts, and educational booths
highlighting the wonders of trout! Learn about their habitats, fly tying, and
macroinvertebrates. The event will be held on April 17th from 10am-12:30pm. $3
cash per person, ages 5 and under free to enter. DEC will bring trout at 12pm.
Come help stock our ponds! Following the event will be an opportunity for
children under the age of 16 to learn to fish. Those 16 and over must have a
valid NYS fishing license to participate. No pre-registration required. This
event is wheelchair accessible.

telescopes to give you a tour of the night sky during this free program held at
the Deerfield Pavilion.
