Come enjoy an evening with fellow fat bikers and the Recreation Department. Take an easy ride around the Red House area under the light of the moon. On Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019 at 6:00 PM the Environmental Education Department in Allegany State Park will have an Outdoor Adventure Series program that will focus on the fundamentals of fishing. Whether you are just getting your feet wet in the sport or have been fishing for years this Adventure Series is sure to be informative. Learn about the fish of New York, local regulations, how to cast, and what kind of gear is recommended with our fun and interactive presentation.

Volunteer Project #1: Painting cabins. Please bring: scraper, brooms, rags, hammers, painting clothes, snack. Ages: Adults 18 and over only

Volunteer Project #2: Red House Campgrounds - clear debris, clean fire pits, rebuild fire pits, trim branches & bushes. Please bring: Garden gloves, shovels, wheel barrows, trash pickers, loppers, trimmers, snack. Pleae wear work clothes. Ages: All ages welcome

Volunteer Project #3: Red House Picnic Area - (Both sides of creek) Clean debris, trim branches, trim bushes, clean grills. Please bring: Loppers, trimmers, trash pickers, scrapers for grills, snack. Ages: All ages welcome

Volunteer Project #4: Camping trail clean up - clear debris, rebuild fire pits, clean fire pits Please Bring: rakes, wheel barrows, trash. Ages: All ages welcome
