February Break: Maple Syrup Day

Drop by the Environmental Education Center today to learn about making maple syrup. You can also walk over to the Old Administration Building on the opposite side of the beach to see some tapped maple trees and talk to an educator demonstrating how to boil the sap into syrup. Dress for the weather and wear boots. Free and open to the public. Use the Rt 290 entrance and West Beach parking lot.
