Trail Work on the South Gully Footpath at the Sam’s Point Area of Minnewaska

Join Sam's Point staff for this project and show some love to the South Gully Footpath, a section of the Long Path and the Shawangunk Ridge Trail. We will be fixing a wet portion of this trail by creating drainage, and setting stepping stones. Once the trail work is completed, we will add trail blazes to ensure that hikers stay on the trail. Volunteers should bring water, snacks, lunch, and garden gloves. This program is appropriate for children 15 years of age and older, accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years old.
