Join D.J. Haverkamp of Bedford Honeybee Service, to learn all about bees and wasps and their important role in the environment. We'll discuss their life cycle, nesting behavior, and threats to their existence as we approach World Bee Day on May 20. View live honeybees in a glass-walled hive to get a peek behind-the-scenes, and observe other nests for comparison. This is a great introduction for anyone interested in bees, beekeeping, or protecting these precious pollinators. Max: 20 people. Cost: $4. Parking: $6 per vehicle.
