Forest Bathing: Equinox Celebration

Enjoy a mindful stroll in the woods and connect with nature through sensory exploration inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, "forest bathing" and finish with herbal tea as you take a moment to reflect. Led by Mindful Outdoor Guide and certified Forest Therapist, Cindy Olsen, this experience will be an opportunity to celebrate the natural world in honor of the vernal equinox. The walk is about 1 mile round trip. No pets please. Max: 20 people. Ages 18+. Cost: $5. Parking: $6 per vehicle. RockefellerStateParkPreserve.org/events.
