Autumn Equinox Forest Bathing & Sound Healing

Celebrate the fall equinox during this special event co-hosted by forest therapist Cindy Olsen and sound healer Dayna Gralla. Enjoy a mindful stroll in the woods and connect with nature inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, "forest bathing". This journey will lead you to the Glacial Erratic for a restorative sound healing experience where crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soothing instruments will guide your meditation. Finish with herbal tea under the trees as you take a moment to reflect. No dogs please. Max: 30 people. Ages 18+. Cost: $8. Parking: $6 per vehicle. RockefellerStateParkPreserve.org/events.
