Sunken Meadow State Park features 27 holes that may be played as either 9 or 18 holes. The first two courses were built in 1962, followed by the Blue Course in 1964. All three courses were designed by golf course architect Alfred Tull, who also designed the Yellow course and redesigned the Blue course at Bethpage State Park. Tull preferred to utilize the natural lay of the land, bringing the existing terrain into his design. Golfers can expect a somewhat hilly and variable layout surrounded by mature woodlands, offering an attractive and relaxing experience for their golf round. In addition to the beautiful woodland setting, Sunken Meadow's driving range offers expansive panoramic views of the Long Island Sound.

Children under 15 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Hours of Operation
The golf courses are now open on a day to day basis for our golf season, weather permitting
*As of April 23rd First tee off currently is 6:15 AM.
Clubhouse opens approximately one hour before first tee time.
Driving Range: All year, weather permitting.
Pull Cart Rental: All year, rentals through the Pro Shop.Prior to making a reservation, golfers must register via our online reservation system by visiting www.parks.ny.gov/golf. Once registered, golfers can make reservations through the website or call the golf reservation phone line at (929) 236-9345, using the provided computer generated access number, to make a reservation.
You can make same day reservations only by booking through www.parks.ny.gov/golf three hours prior to intended play date
It is required that the golfer(s) arrive at the golf course one hour before the scheduled tee time.
