About OPRHP

The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) oversees more than 250 parks, historic sites, recreational trails, golf courses, and boat launches across 360,000 acres. New York's State Parks and Historic Sites is celebrating our Centennial year in 2024, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of our parks and historic sites system.
