Established within the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, the New York State Council of Parks consists of the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, the Commissioner of Environmental Conservation, the Chair of the State Board of Historic Preservation, and the chairs of the eleven regional parks commissions.
Members of the public may attend the meeting at this location or call in to an open conference call. Members of the public who plan to attend the meeting must provide advance notice of their attendance by 5 pm on October 1, 2013 and must be prepared to show valid identification upon arrival.
