The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation will be holding a public information meeting regarding the preparation of a Draft Master Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Green Lakes State Park.
State Parks encourages the public to participate in the planning efforts for Green Lakes State Park and welcomes all comments. A public information meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., in the cafeteria of the Pine Grove Middle School, 407 Fremont Road, East Syracuse, New York
The purpose of this meeting is to solicit input and suggestions of items that the public may like considered during the master plan process.
State Parks' staff will make a brief presentation about the master planning process and the park. They will also be available to answer questions and receive public comments. Written comments will be accepted until August 7, 2009.
