State Parks Holds Public Meeting to Plan Future of Wellesley Island, Dewolf Point and Waterson Point State Parks

The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (State Parks) will hold public information meetings regarding the preparation of a master plan for Wellesley Island, Dewolf Point and Waterson Point State Parks. State Parks encourages the public to participate in the planning efforts for the park and welcomes all comments and suggestions towards the development of the plan.

Two meetings will be held in the park at the Minna Anthony Common Nature Center, 44927 Nature Center Rd, Fineview, NY 13640 on August 21, 2014. The first will be held at 3:00 PM and the second at 7:00 PM. Park staff will make a brief presentation about the planning process and the park resources, and will receive public comments and suggestions.
