State Seeks Partner at Beaver Island Golf Course
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation have released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the golf course and café at the Beaver Island State Park Golf Course in Erie County.
The RFP calls for a qualified partner who will provide day-to-day operation and maintenance of the 18-hole golf course, cart rentals and the operation of a food and beverage café and beverage cart. Additionally, the partner will also provide retail sales of golf related merchandise.
Candidates are also encouraged to propose four-season use of the course and the facilities such as cross-country skiing.
