RECEPTION TO BE HELD JUNE 18 TO WELCOME HISTORIC SITE MANAGER
(Albany, New York June 15, 1998 ...) A special reception to introduce William Farrar as the historic site manager at Crown Point State Historic Site in Crown Point will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., Thursday, June 18, at the historic site in Essex County.
Farrar comes to Crown Point with decades of experience in the areas of historic preservation, outdoor recreation and historic sites management.
"Bill Farrar comes to us with outstanding credentials and a wealth of experience in the historic site profession," said State Parks Commissioner Bernadette Castro. "We expect him to be a tremendous asset to our historic site system and to Crown Point in particular."
