STATE COUNCIL OF PARKS TO MEET NOVEMBER 4
(Albany, New York, October 28, 1998...) The New York State Council of Parks will hold its next meeting at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 1998 in the 20th floor conference room at the main offices of the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation in Albany.
The Council, appointed by the Governor and chaired by Edward F. Cox, is an advisory group to the State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
The Council is comprised of the State Parks commissioner, Department of Environmental Conservation commissioner, chairman of the State Board of Historic Preservation and chairpersons of the 11 regional park commissions.
