(Niagara Falls, USA-July 12) Niagara Falls State Park was selected as one of the 10 Most Beautiful Spots in America by NBC's Today Show and was featured in its live broadcast today.
New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Commissioner Carol Ash said, "New Yorkers have always valued our great fortune to live with this natural and magnificent treasure. With this recognition, the entire nation can share in our pride over this magical and truly wondrous spot."
The live report from the Cave of the Winds highlighted the history and majesty of the Falls and Niagara Falls State Park with stunning images of what it called the "New York Wonder". The multi-media feature story included a broadcast segment informing visitors how to enjoy Niagara Falls on $50 a day, and an on-line link to the discount park card, Passport to the Falls.
