New Yorkers Urged to Vote for their Favorite State Park

New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Commissioner Carol Ash urged New York residents and visitors alike to vote for their favorite New York State Park or Historic Site through the Coke Live Positively, America's Favorite Park program.

 The park with the most votes nationally receives $100,000."New Yorkers know they have the best state parks in the nation," Ash said. "This is our opportunity to tell the world about it. I urge our park visitors to voice their support for their favorite parks so they get the recognition they deserve."Visit www.livepositively.com/#/Americasparks/vote and vote for a favorite New York State Park or Historic Site.

New York State Parks currently leading the voting include Allegany, Niagara Falls, Letchworth and the Thousand Islands' Robert Moses State Park.
