| Utilities: |
Licensee shall be responsible for all costs of utlities and will be paid directly to the provider. Licensee shall reimburse State Parks 50% for the costs of fuel oil used for heating during winter. Licensee is responsible for the costs of refuse/recycling. Licensee is solely responsible for grease or specialty waste services and disposal, and all other utilities including cable television, internet, and telephone service. |
