License Fee:	Minimum: 3%
Historic Gross Receipts:	Historical Annual Park Attendance: ±124,498 Historical Annual Golf Rounds: ±27,312 Historical Reported Revenue: ±$207,763
RR&M Obligation:	1% of Gross Receipts
Utilities:	Licensee will be responsible for all costs of electricity and propane. Licensee shall establish all other necessary accounts with utility providers at its own cost, including refuse and recycling removal. Should the Licensee choose to operate the restaurant during the months when the golf course is closed, the Licensee shall reimburse State Parks 50% for the costs of fuel oil used for heating.
