Utilities:	Licensee is 100% responsible for the costs of electricity used in connection with this License and shall be paid directly to the provider(s) Licensee shall collect all trash or debris in sanitary and adequate closed containers, reasonably protected from public view, at the Premises to be removed and disposed of properly.
