100% of costs of electricity and natural gas used in connection with this License shall be reimbursed to State Parks based on actual usage. $1,000 (one thousand dollars) annually for the cost of recycling and refuse removal reimbursed to State Parks. Licensee is 100% responsbile for the costs of satellite and all other cable TV services at the Clubhouse to be paid directly to provider. Licensee is 100% responsible for the costs of telecommunications. |
