Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets are allowed in day use areas unless prohibited by sign or directive. Pets are to be supervised at all times and either be crated or on a leash not more than 6-feet in length. Proof of rabies inoculation shall be produced if requested by staff. Pets are not permitted in playgrounds, buildings, golf courses, boardwalks, pools and spray-grounds or guarded beaches (this does not apply to service animals).

- Maid of the Mist - This world famous boat journey departs from the base of the Observation Tower at Prospect Point for a roundtrip into the churning waters of the American and Horseshoe Falls.
- Observation Tower - This 230-foot overlook provides the only U.S. location to view both the American and Horseshoe Falls. High-speed elevators provide access to the Gorge and boarding area for the Maid of the Mist.
- Aquarium of Niagara - Located just beyond the Rainbow Bridge at the north end of the park, this family favorite is home to more than 1,500 aquatic animals that represent ecosystems ranging from the Great Lakes to coral reefs.

Fees & Rates
Most New York State Parks charge a vehicle use fee to enter the facility. Fees vary by location and season. Please visit www.NiagaraFallsStatePark.com
The easy-to-use Empire Pass card is $80- and your key to all-season enjoyment with unlimited day-use entry at most facilities operated by State Parks and the State Dept. of Environmental Conservation including forests, beaches, trails and more. Purchase online or contact your favorite park for more information.

Unfortunately, you can not purchase attraction ticket on line but ala carte tickets are available in the park at each attraction.
Fees are collected in Parking Lot 1 and Parking Lot 2 as follows:
- 3/1 to 5/26 (Day before Memorial day Friday) - $10.00 Daily
- 5/27 to 10/9 (Day before Columbus Day) - $10.00 Monday - Thursday, $15.00 Friday - Sunday
- 10/10 to 12/31 - $10.00 Daily (Free Saturdays in December for Jingle Falls)
- 1/1 - 2/28 - $5.00 Daily
